Ingredients:
- 200 grams paneer, cubed
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- Skewers
Instructions:
- Soak saffron threads in a tablespoon of warm water.
- Mix yogurt, lemon juice, saffron, turmeric, paprika, garam masala, cumin, ginger-garlic paste, and salt in a bowl.
- Marinate paneer cubes in the mixture for at least 1 hour.
- Thread paneer onto skewers and grill or bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and slightly charred.
- Serve with green chutney and lemon wedges.
