Saffron Paneer Tikka

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams paneer, cubed
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Skewers

Instructions:

  1. Soak saffron threads in a tablespoon of warm water.
  2. Mix yogurt, lemon juice, saffron, turmeric, paprika, garam masala, cumin, ginger-garlic paste, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Marinate paneer cubes in the mixture for at least 1 hour.
  4. Thread paneer onto skewers and grill or bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and slightly charred.
  5. Serve with green chutney and lemon wedges.
